I thought the graphics were amazing, and the gameplay was smooth. There were minor screen jumps when collecting nuts, but overall, it left a very positive first impression on me.See my "first look" video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mGgH9gIM3WI. Obviously a bit of an "extended" demo of the original game.Although this is a 3D platformer it's not very "fun" to play. Aside from the robot only having a double jump and grabbing/throwing items, you have to explore and finding enough bolts/gears/whatevers to proceed within a level. Not different worlds, but to open a door in the same "level" so to speak. It also doesn't help that the "exploring" is incredibly boring - it's as if I'm jumping around a stock city. Also, the camera is fixed. A lot. This made it annoying to do some platforming on small platforms because the camera is so far away from the robot (especially near the last area where I have to collect 150 of the things, which you lose all of them on death btw).I really wish they gave the robot some form of attacking rather than having to time my jumps on small, fast-moving enemies or resorting to a fixed throw of an object. This game (both the demo and this one) just gives me the impression that the game is just going to be bland, including the story (which is narrated, so I'm sure the story is supposed to be some major part of the game).. Awesome demo for an even better game. Graphics are amazing, Gameplay is smooth, would play agian 9/10. Fun little game. Nothing overly inovative. Story is pretty generic, but not bad.Graphics are hard to describe, almost grainy. Not bad looking per se, but nothing special."Combat" is actually pretty bad, I never really felt threatened by any enemy in this game. I feel it would have benefitted from a simple punch, instead of the Super Mario trope of jumping on their heads and instant KO.Camera can be a little janky at times, but never game breaking.Nearly quit when I realized how bad the stuttering is when picking up the nuts and bolts. That needs to be fixed, and furthermore, I don't know why the devs would release it like that. This is the most glaring issue in my eyes. The narrator is very echoey, not sure if this is intentional or not. And, as another review stated, it does sound like he's calling him Kenny instead of Canny.Overrall worth the time I spent with it, and I will be looking forward to the main game. A good proof of concept, made me remember how much I like this kind of game.I mean hey, it is free. Try it out.. great puzzele game works erfectly. runs terribly, finicy controls and awful implication of an ovious direction and generally headache indusing. nice vissuals though. 2/10 would not recomend. Basically a demo to a game that looks really promising.
